A Song for Masked Adults and Wounded Souls

Goodbye psychological manipulator. There is a drink that looks like beer but has no alcohol at all. Psychological manipulators also look like adults, live adult lives, and have responsibilities as adults, but in reality, they are not adults. Self-respect is not something you can ask others for, but something you have to push forward strongly on your own. You cannot become a better person by letting others step on your feet. I chose this book to fight against people who commit unfair harassment with contradictory words and actions. The author, who worked as a psychological counselor in France, said that she discovered the patterns of psychological manipulators in the patterns of her clients and began intensive research. What I liked about this book was that it dealt with various cases in an unboring way, making it easy to read and understand. The disappointing thing is that the solution is described too little in the latter half, and it is disappointing that there is a hypnosis, not hypnosis, that the solution has already begun the moment you read this book. The solution is that you are not wrong and protect yourself. The rating is 3.5 stars, and I would like to recommend it to people who are weak-hearted and easily blame or censor themselves in conflict situations.
